Role and liability

Ebang Mobility acts as an intermediary between independent vehicle owners (partners) and renters (clients): it verifies partners before their vehicles go live, generates the rental contract for each booking, and processes Mobile Money payment records. Ebang Mobility is not the owner of a listed vehicle unless a listing explicitly states it is owned directly by Ebang Mobility. The vehicle's condition, roadworthiness, and insurance are the responsibility of the listing partner, as set out in the rental contract and Terms & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The Ebang Mobility name, logo, and website design are the property of Ebang Mobility. Vehicle photos and descriptions are supplied by the listing partner or Ebang Mobility and remain their respective property.

This notice and Ebang Mobility's use of this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
